1. The tenant must provide a credit check and/or proof of
funds and a letter of employment.
2. The tenant must obtain tenant liability insurance and
provide proof before taking possession of the unit.
3. The tenant must provide the first month's rent at the
signing of the lease.

automatic deposit for the remainder of the rental period.
